[SOLVED] Can someone help me fix lags in GtaV?

Hello, in GtaV, my game randomly freezes after like 2 seconds and it repeats. I have like 100fps and then it drops to 0 for like 1 second. I would like to get rid of it. Thanks

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition? Heavy past and current use for gaming, video editing, or bit-mining?

Drives: especially the boot drive - how full?

You can use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to observe system performance.

Use both tools but only one at a time.

First observe what the system is doing when not gaming and then observe again while gaming.

Determine what system resources are being used, to what extent (%), and what is using any given resource.

Post accordingly.
