Question Can someone help me fix my game?

So I'm able to play solo and zombies but when I try to play multiplayer it says the game would like to run in safe mode I already tried clicking yes and no for safe mode but neither works so the screen goes black I hear no game all I see is my mouse I bought this game on disc not Steam

Please help

What game? What pc spec? Is this a genuine copy of the game, not pirated?
