Can someone help me with a 500-600$ build?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me by making a build at 500-600$ that will play games like GTA 5 and Rust with 60 fps or greater. I don't need best graphics but I don't want all my high end games to look like if Roblox and Minecraft had a kid. If you help i'll really appreciate it.

if u want to get a SSD too, downgrade the hdd to 1 TB / the ram to 1x8 instead, u can add another 1 later
if RX 580 is overpriced in your region, get 1060 6gb instead

with that build, 400/450w is already good enough, but i like it that u get 550 just for future-proof his upgrade
(btw my build is obsolete right now, bcz of the mining fever everyday, RX 580 is really expensive in some regions)
this build will give u 60 fps with some setting tweaking (depends on the resolution u play, i can get 60 fps easily on high with 1050ti since im playing at 768p)
