Can someone help me with OC settings for QX6700?

Okay, I'm begging. I have been scouring the internet for hours now and it seems everyone does it a different way. I just want some nice stable settings and I think 3.2 ghz would be fairly conservative.
I'm running a QX6700 running on a 680i with water cooling. Can someone give me the following:

CPU Core voltage
CPU FSB voltage
Memory voltage
nForce SPP voltage

multiplier
FSB QDR

You read this yet? CPU vcore depends on the settings (10x333 will need more than 10x266). Ditto for your other voltages.
