When i start my system i get these white lines all over my screen.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Monitor: make, model, age, condition?

Double check that all cables/connections are fully and firmly in place.

Swap in (if possible) known working video cables from another system.

Likewise try another known working monitor from another system/source.

Key is to methodically swap things around to narrow down the potential culprits.
