[SOLVED] Can someone help with kernel panic code=0x00000009

Hey guys, pretty new to this stuff so bear with me haha.

Had Linux Mint working previously flashed from usb, had it installed on the original hdd to start. End plan was to run a custom ubuntu os or at least get Mint back.
Trying to run a custom version of ubuntu but it goes to this code when booting ubuntu, mint, linux lite, core.
I've set the mobo to defaults and tried to flash the rom with .exe on the flash but it freezes.

2gb ram
800w modular psu

Try older LTS version of Ubuntu. Your motherboard is like ten years old, and modern kernels might not fully support it.

It ran Linux tho before I reformatted the HDD. I will see if there's an older version available. Thanks for the idea there.
