Can someone identify this card?

I'm in the process of tearing down my dad's old computer, and I cant seem to identify this card:

If anyone can tell me what model it is, and whether it is worth keeping, it would be greatly appreciated.

Best anyone can tell from that photo is that it's an NVidia G-Force 6 series card from ASUS. There should be a label on the back side with a model/product number that will nail it down.

Right! Here's a pic of the back. There are several different number sequences, so I don't know which on is the model number.

Based on the HP part number it's an Nvidia Geforce FX6800. Ok for things like Office, watching videos, general internet surfing and the like, but not worth keeping if you intend to game.
