can someone link me a good&cheap psu

i want to get the amd radeon 7770 for a start then upgrade later i need a new psu because mine doesnt have a 4pin or 6pin i know nothing about psu can someone link me that could power it please?

they both have fans on the top does it blow alot of heat because it will be blowing its heat directly onto my gpus fan witch would be kinda fail"update does the fan ontop suck in air or blow it out? prob a retarted question but im not the smartest"

The fan on a PSU is intake. The best solution is to mount it with the fan facing down in the bottom of the case.(provided your case has the proper vent at the bottom.) This isolates the air flow in the PSU from the airflow in the case. This will give you better airflow for the rest of your system. It also prevents screws from falling into the PSU.
