If you want to save some money, you can probably get a power supply with lower wattage. You really only need about 150 watts of headroom in case you want to overclock or something, so 500-600W will be plenty. Also, you should definitely get some thermal paste, as every CPU cooler needs some material to transfer heat between the CPU and itself. Other than that, it seems like a nice build.
