New PC builder. Have some concerns about "Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs." Can someone clear this up for me and look at the rest of the build to make sure I'm not making any mistakes. Trying to stay in a budget. Thx

My Budget is about $600-700. The primarily purpose would be gaming, but I don't play many games with high end requirements. Games like Skyrim, Rainbow 6 siege, and Xcom 2 are my core. Keep in mind I already have the 600 watt power supply from corsair and I monitor I got from a friend. Try to keep the price moderate, about to hit college in a few months. Thx
