Wiling to spend as much as 1500 if i must, still have to buy keyboard and mouse but those aren't included here, have a monitor already. What could I add/remove/change about this to help improve performance? The mobo is 50 bucks because of a microcenter bundle with the cpu. Computer will be for games school and casual use.

yes the extreme 4 is a good mobo with sli capability and the one you have does not have sli ready and will hold back your system, for the psu i would go with seasonic if its in your price range since they are the best psu supplier or you could get the XFX 650X which is a semi modular psu with the parts being...

that mobo is going to be your biggest downfall later on, the psu could be better and 750 watt is overkill. i would keep the 760, it is a better card than the 7950. I would of gotten an asrock extreme4 mobo and maybe a seasonic or xfx psu personally
