You could change the "Z" motherboard to a H97 one as your CPU is not overclockable

The stock Intel cooler will be OK so you can get rid of the Hyper Evo 212 as again, you can't overclock that CPU

Get rid of the fan controller, the Z97A should be able to control the fans

The Xeon 1230 E3 is basically an i7 4770

You could see how you find it with just the fans that come with the case, they'll be fairly good as it's a very nice case
