Insted of I5 6400 go for I5 6500(15-20$ more and better performance) and get a micro atx case like the corsair carbide 88r or corsair spec m2 both cost the same as SPEC 01

around high settings for 60 fps on the games you listed. the division perhaps a mix of medium/high settings
