If you're referring to the white spots on the centered image, I'd like to ask you to first see if you have any (motherboard)BIOS updates pending and then try uninstalling and reinstalling your GPU drivers. You might also want to add your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

You need to first list proper PC specs, as mentioned above. Have you tried doing a CLEAN re-install of the GPU drivers, by using the DDU tool ? https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Is your GPU overclocked ? Are you using Windows 10 OS ? If yes, then list the latest patch/update/build installed on your system. Are you on FRESH OS install copy ? What is the GPU and CPU TEMP value while gaming, and in IDLE dektop Mode as well ??
