I would say yes. It will fit in the NZXT s340. I would check the memory in the motherboard QVL list.

All of the parts are compatible otherwise. The cooler does fit LGA1151 and the hieght is supported by the case.

All that expensive hardware, and throw in a junk psu? 120gb ssd, is practically useless. 240gb minimum. With the new graphics card announcement, yesterday, buying one now isn't a very good idea, but with Evga, you might be able to swap it later with their step up program.
