Can someone please let me know if all these parts are compatible?

All that expensive hardware, and throw in a junk psu? 120gb ssd, is practically useless. 240gb minimum. With the new graphics card announcement, yesterday, buying one now isn't a very good idea, but with Evga, you might be able to swap it later with their step up program. What is your hardware budget?

My budget is around $1100. The rating of the psu is pretty good, why is it bad?

It is a low quality unit, internally. This is over $1100, but you get more storage, and better PSU.
