Can someone please solve my problem?

I am building a PC with these components.
GTX 1060 zotac amp edition
Msi b350 gaming plus motherboard
Ryzen 5 1600x

Now I assembled the PC . I put my graphics card in the pcie3 slot as it should be. But I am not getting any display. However when I put it in the Pcie2 slot it gives display.
I was worried my motherboard is not working at the pcie3 slot but I put a Titan x and a Sapphire card. Both work perfectly.

Is this a bios problem or motherboard or graphics card. I simply cannot understand.
Please suggest what to do.
Has anyone faced this problem?

Where did you find it should be in slot 3? I'm asking because according to your mobo manual PCIE slot 3 is x1 slot only.
You should put it in Slot 2 (The top one of the PCIE x16 slots with white color) as that is the only PCIE 3.0 slot your mobo has. The lowest PCIE x16 slot (callet slot 4 with red color) is PCIE 2.0 only and is only at x4 speed.
I'm surprised to see a board these days with the old PCI slot, and 2 of them.

By pcie3 I meant PCIE 3.0. I put it in that one but still it doesn't work.

Did you connect the 6pin power connector to your GPU? Also try to update your BIOS.
