ATX: it's a big copnnector and will only fit in one spot on the motherboard.
EPS: a 4 or 8 pic header near the CPU
PCIE: on top on your graphics card

With all these, be careful to insert them the correct way. Look at the shape of the individual "pins" on the cable and header.
