I've used this motherboard for entry level builds, it's a good one. It will work with the G4400 out of the box, although if you want to eventually upgrade to a 7th gen core I-xxxx processor you will have to flash/upgrade the BIOS. You're going a little overkill on the RAM, unless the price for 2133hz RAM is very close to the 3200hz stuff.
