[SOLVED] Can someone reassure me that these RAM numbers are safe after enabling XMP for a CPU overclock?

So I tried to overclock my i7 9700k to 5.0GHz and after many failed attempts I finally switched from XMP II to XMP and the system finally booted. However, I have DDR4 2400 RAM and I'm a little worried about the frequency that's showing in CPU-Z. I'm also using a Z390-E motherboard. I just really don't want to fry my RAM or motherboard, and the NB frequency appears to be double the stock speed of my RAM. Can anyone reassure me these numbers are okay? I'll provide a CPU-Z screenshot below:

DDR4 2400 runs at a clock speed of 1200Mhz so CPU-Z is reporting correctly.
Okay cool so nothing to worry about I'm guessing. Also, why do you think I couldn't overclock with XMP II but I could with XMP? Is my RAM just not supported with XMP II or something? Plan on increasing to 5.1 GHz if my system stays stable as is for the next few days and I'm not sure if it matters which XMP profile I'm using. If this is a stupid question I apoligize as this is my very first time overclocking lol.
