Can someone recommend a relatively compact desktop PC case where the motherboard sits horizontally and is compatible with an ATX form factor motherboard?

I found this one, but apparently it has bad thermals.

It depends on what you want to put inside it. It could be a good or bad choice depending on the components used. Most of those types of cases are made for HTPC and use iGPU or low powered discreet GPU's and midrange CPU's to keep heat production to a minimum since large coolers won't fit in there. So, besides an ATX board, what do you intend to put in it?
