Can someone recommend a max 100£ server from Ebay.co.uk, that can run some teamspeak servers and be used as a streaming pc? It doesn't need to be a ''server'' but it could also be just a very cheap computer

This is why requirements need to be specified upfront.

£100? Unlikely. Just the RAM will cost that much.

Pretty unrealistic goal, and I wouldn't recommend using an old server unless you want your electric bill to be $$$. Look in to just building your own PC, but you're probably gonna have to save up.

High density DDR2 is cheap, I think that would be a good solution for him.

50 Euro for that server you linked + more RAM + drive space = more than £100.

A box for that purpose does not have to be expensive. But for rational performance, £100 is probably a bit out of range.
