Can someone recommend a water cooling system? If you have the time do I need more power? Like 800W
Do I even need one?

First of all, wrong section mate. WC and OCing is in the Overclocking Section.

What are you planning to cool with what OCs? I'm guessing you'll only want to WC the GPU since the 2600 can't OC. Triple or Dual Rads at about 60mm is going to cool a 7970 decently.

There is no need for watercooling if you are buying a locked processor.
