Question Can someone recommend me a CPU cooler for my i5-4690 (non-k) that would fit in the Corsair 100r case?

My stock intel cooler is noisy under load and also my CPU runs hotter
so can anyone recommend me a CPU cooler that would fit in my corsair 100r case

Gigabyte H97M-D3H
16GB Corsair Vengence 1600 DDR3
Nvidia GTX 1060 6 GB
