can someone recommend me a good wifi adapter and cpu cooler on this build.

My budget is around 400$, and i still need to add a wireless adapter and a cpu cooler to the build. Can anyone recommend me? Also if you could find other better parts for the current built can you recommend some of them with budget of 400$. I would highly appreciate it since im a noob when it comes down to computer. Cooler master hyper 212 evo is good cooler for budget,dont know if its loud.And for wireless adapter better look on amazon.And for wireless adapter usb or pci-e?

I second Robert's suggestion on the hyper 212 EVO, great CPU cooler for a good price. As for PCIe wifi, I've always had a good experience with the TP-LINK TL-WDN4800. No ac channel, but for most cases this card will work great.

Yes, you would need to buy a new OS (Windows) if you don't have one already. If you already have a computer that runs Windows you can use that current Windows key for your new build.

If you don't have the money for Windows at the moment but want to go ahead with your build you can try a free LINUX distribution like 'Linux Mint' in the short-term until you can afford Windows.
