Can someone tell me if this computer build would work, and if it would be able to Stream League Of Legends Live, and play WoW on High settings...
If not, could someone give me a good build for $650.

Is there some non-gaming reason you need the 8 core cpu? I think an i3 3220 should do better for you, and it gives you $30 back into your budget.

The Corsair tx650 is on sale now on newegg, so I'd sink an extra $10 into that since I really trust their PSUs. Maybe you can put the remaining $20 to work in some better memory. Or up your budget a tiny bit skip the corsair psu and try to get a SSD into the mix.
