The link to my computer build is https://pcpartpicker.com/list/gPJ4xY

I was just wondering if anyone can give me their opinions on if this is a good build. I will be doing alot of video editing/photography edits and playing video games while live streaming. I will also have 2 or 3 monitors.

Solution
Liquid cooler is better but I don't want to risk leak even it is rare :) Noctua is very good :)
Ryzen 1700 is included only when budget can not allow 8700k :) It has 8 cores and is on par or better than 7700k in adobe applications, for example: https://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/articles/Premiere-Pro-CC-2017-1-2-CPU-Comparison-Skylake-X-Kaby-Lake-X-Broadwell-E-Kaby-Lake-Ryzen-7-969/

Good info on build recommendations: https://www.pugetsystems.com/recommended/Recommended-Systems-for-Adobe-Premiere-Pro-143/Hardware-Recommendations
Comments on the build ignoring above questions:

1. Coffee lake with 6 cores beats 7700k badly. For streaming, I7-8700k or Ryzen 1700 will be much better
2. No SSD? You don't want to do video editing on HDD
3. If you do not have 2k monitor or 4k, 1080ti is an overkill.
4. Cooler is not close to enough, Intel runs hot

Assuming you haven't purchased anything yet, and that you have a $2k budget. I removed Windows since you can get it for much cheaper elsewhere.

Above cooler is just too weak, Case does not have 5.25", many parts are similar. This Ryzen build will be better:

I have the above cooler on my 7700K and I can assure you it's not a weak cooler. But I guess I'll let the guy with a R7 1600 tell me whats best.

I didn't include the SSD because i already have purchased a 500gb SSD because i saw a good deal and i knew i would need it so i purchased it already. I was also tthinking about getting 1 4k monitor and the other 1 or 2 monitors be the step below 4k. Will the 1080 do fine with those or should i get the 1080ti just to be safe? And do you recommend a liquid cooler? I just wasn't too familiar with how to install those so i was scared i would mess up doing liquid cooling.

The only two things i have purchased already is a case, and the 500GB SSD because i saw a good deal on it. Also thank you for taking the time to do this for me because i now see a few changes to your list compared to mine. So im guessing the i7 you put is better than the 7700k?

1080 ti is worth getting if you will play with 4k. Since you don't need ssd in your build budget, 8700k is the way to go :)
