Can\'t find *enable ATI adapter* button in CCC

Hey I need to enable my adi adapter and my direct3d is having a device failure anyone have an idea how to help?

What make and model of ATI video card (a.k.a. GPU) are you using? Are your drivers current? Is your operating system up to date? Please clarify.
