Can the 2 processors bottleneck this GPU?

Hello i am going to build soon my new gaming pc and wanted to ask the pc (experts) from their knowledge.

The question is,can these 2 cpu's bottleneck ASUS NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950

Cpu's

Intel Haswell i5 4430 3.0GHz and AMD FM2+ Kaveri A10-7700K Black Edition 3.5 GHz


Which of these cpu's would be the best to use with this ASUS NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 gpu?

and any of these cpu's can bottleneck?

Both of them would work fine with the 950, but the 4430 is a stronger processor. (I recommend the 4590)
