Question Can the 29um67 use gysnc now?

I tried using the gsync option with this monitor but eventually after a few minutes goes jittery and really slow response times or whatever. Unplayable. Was wondering if there is a combo setting I might need or better DP cable or if the monitor just isnt able to run gsync. At least I can get the 75hz.

Nvidia's current list of G-sync compatible monitors:

The model you cite isn't on the list. Also assumes you have a GTX 10-series graphics card at the very least.

Monitors right now fall into 4 categories

1. Certified by Nvidia
2. Certified by users who have tried
3. Certified by users but have small issues (mainly screen flickering)
4. Not working right now or may never work.

Possibly what may help (if haven't tried) is enable vsync so fps doesn't leave gsync/freesync range if fps has a tendency of going over. Variable refresh works only when fps is inside the alloted range, thats why vsync is used to keep it there.

If vsync doesn't work try force cap fps a couple frames lower to like 73 so you're not on the edge of sync range.
