So guys I am going to buy a 2nd RAM. I know they should be same but I can't find my own RAM in store. My RAM is:
Adata XPG 1X8GB 3000 MHz CL16 BLACK RAM
It's code is:ax4u3000w8g16-sb10
As I said I can't find it anywhere but I found this and it's in sale: AX4U300038G16A-SB10
There's no difference on the title like MHz or GB it's fully same but the codes aren't same.
So what happens if I buy it?
Can I use it with full performance?

You CAN try to use mixed memory, but there are ZERO guarantees it will work. You will have much better success, although STILL not guaranteed except when ALL memory is purchased together in ONE set, than you will trying to use separately purchased memory that is different.

Worst case, it doesn't work. Best case, it does. I won't hurt anything except your feelings and your wallet, and maybe a little extra time if you have to send it back, if it doesn't work.

The B360 motherboards don't support anything higher than 2666mhz anyhow, so the 3000mhz sticks you have right now are NOT running at that speed. Since they can only run at a maximum of 2666mhz, I'd look at a pair of 8GB 2666mhz sticks unless a higher speed kit ends up being less expensive. Running faster sticks at a lower speed is ok, gives you probably a lot of room to tighten up timings a lot without instability, depending on the sticks.

What country are you in?

I know they are running at 2666 MHz and I dont care about it. I just want touse Dual Channel for extra FPS. And AX4U300038G16A-SB10 is in sale right now.

I am living in Turkey

Ok then. Try it. That's all you can do. There is no magic bullet to know if a set of mixed sticks will work or not. Being as you're trying to use them within the JEDEC specifications for speed, voltage and timings, it increases the chances they will play nice together. But there is ALWAYS a chance they won't, so don't be too surprised if they don't. And if they don't at first, try resetting the BIOS before you decide it didn't work. Often that will get it to play nice.

Which one is more possible? To work or not to work? And what will I do If doesnt work? And will it be work as "Dual Channel" cuz I really want this FPS

If you are that concerned about it, then my advice would be don't do it. Buy a matched set that you KNOW will work. Otherwise, nobody is going to tell you that what you want to do is ok and has no chance of not working. Just not going to happen. If you do what you want to do then be prepared for it to not work. If you don't want to take that chance, then you do it the right way and buy a matched set.
