Can the 6150se use vga to hdmi

i was getting a new monitor that only has hdmi and dvi but my pc is only vga it is hp slimline s5604f with a geforce 6150se card so i was wondering if it will output vga to hdmi or dvi

No, if you do not have an HDMI or DVI connection on your PC you will not be able to use your new monitor until you upgrade the video card.
