...one of the new 6th generation AMD APUs? In my laptop (HP Pavilion G6-2146sl) I have upgraded from the A6-4400M to the A10-5750M... Can I upgrade it to one of these 2 new APUs: FX-8800P, A10-8700P?

Solution
Most likely, no. There is unlikely to be support in that BIOS for the newer generation. Your upgrade was to a higher tiered chip from the same generational family but CPU support to a newer generation, even if the same socket is utilized, is going to be problematic without bios support for the processor.

In this case, they have different sockets, with the A10-8700P using a FP4 BGA socket, meaning it's soldered to the board, and the A10-5750M using a FS1r2 socket. The FX-8800P uses a FP4 BGA soldered socket as well.
