I was planning to build a gaming pc on a budget so I chose the following components:
Intel core i5 4670 CPU.
Nvidia geforce 750 ti asus OC 2GB edition
2x4GB DDR3 Ram
Corsair VS550 Power supply
Not so sure about the motherboard, please recommend one.
Also I was wondering if this power supply would be enough to run my rig....
Any help would be highly appreciated.... THANKS

The above appears to be ULTRA settings. Here's a summary benchmark with the GTX750Ti:

That means on ULTRA settings with a good CPU you'll get about 20FPS.

If you drop the resolution to 1600x900 and play around with the quality settings you'll raise this frame rate up to playable levels. If possible, play with VSYNC OFF unless the screen tearing is too bad.

(Also on your Game Debate link I saw only that it COULD run the game and no indication of running on Ultra. Regardless, it's definitely not possible. Note that by "ULTRA" I mean maximum quality...
Not even close.

Not saying you can't have a good experience but you're going to need to carefully tweak your quality settings to maintain a good frame rate.

My card is DOUBLE the performance of the GTX750Ti and I can almost max out BF4. I'm not even close with AC4 as that's very demanding. I'm talking 1920x1080.

POWER SUPPLY:
You could actually get by with a good 300W power supply but a quality 450W would be my minimum personally. If you think a better graphics card in the future is an option get a 550W or better.

Actually the ASUS GTX750Ti does have a single 6-pin connector as it can overclock a bit so needs more power. An Antec VP-450 for example would work fine with it as it has a single 6-pin connector.

Other:
That's probably the best CPU for your budget considering the games you mentioned are fairly demanding of the CPU. Had you chosen different games like SKYRIM for example I would have recommended a G3258 CPU so you could put more money into the graphics card.

Unfortunately in Multiplayer BF4 is very demanding so it wants a good 4-core Intel CPU or a 6/8-core AMD.

Photonboy......
maybe i can compromise on that and just play AC4 at medium settings at 1920x1080....
I Saw some videos on youtube and i think that there is not much difference between medium and ultra quality....
What are your thoughts....

BF4 will run on a gtx 750ti on ''playable'' fps at Ultra but MSAA and AA posts lowered/off, by playable i meant 50-60 fps at 1080p ttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2MH50WGxFvY ... its probably all sorted out and stuff but just saying
