Can the Asus R7360-OC-2GD5 be run in my Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R

I have a GA-X58A-UD3R MB with Intel i7 930 @ 2.80Gig with 18 G DDR3 1600 RAM. I wish to update my video card. Will the R7 360 2gig work properly in this system. 650W power supply
