[SOLVED] Can the ASUS RT-AC1200_V2 router be set up as a repeater?

Hello, does anyone know if the ASUS RT-AC1200_V2 can be set up as a wifi repeater? I only see options for router or access point during the initial setup.

If there's a way to use the access point setup to turn it into a repeater, please let me know.

Can you check and see if your router has any firmware updates pending? If not, then the option to change modes is limited to router and AP.
