Any help would be highly appreciated, Thank you.

I3 540 TDP is 76W
GTX 750Ti TDP is 60W
Rest of system 100W (overkill)
Overhead 150W (overkill)

Generous PSU requirements: 386W

I don't really like that your PSU only has 312W total on the +12v rail. That is very low for a 460W, and usually a sign that the PSU is not great quality. Not to be all doom and gloom, but I'd recommend changing that PSU when/if you can at some point.

I see, I was going to go for the R7 260X b4 bt as i hav a very tight budget currently decided to opt fr the GTX 750 Ti so tht i wudnt hav to buy a new PSU fr the R7 260X. im sure ive heard smwhr tht GTX 750 Ti only needs 20A or 26A to function properly, wheras my PSU has 36A total on the 12V rails rit?

Your PSU will technically run it. I'm not saying it can't. It has the watts/amps, with a lot to spare. I'm just bringing up the point that it isn't the highest quality, and it may not have the best protection built in if it is stressed too hard. I hate to see people loose hardware from a fried PSU. Again, I'm not trying to be all doom and gloom, just expressing something that I feel needs to be said. That PSU is questionable.

And one common misconception is that you can just add the multiple rail's amps to get a grand total. You actually have to take the amount of Watts it gives total on its +12v rails, then divide by 12v to get the total amps available on the +12v rails. So in your case it is 312W / 12v = 26A. That's why I was a bit surprised at how low your PSUs wattage on the +12v rails was.
