Can the Corsair H110 Cool the FX-9370 at 5 ghz?

I have an h110, I want to OC to 5 ghz, I have an asus sabertooth r2.0, would the h110 be able to have the 9370 cool at 5 ghz? I don't have the processor yet, its shipping to me now. Should I expect better overclocks than an 8350 because of the 220 watt TDP?

As long as you do not go crazy with overclocking, you should be fine. Make sure your PSU is 80+ Bronze rated or above and that it is a good brand. Otherwise, you are perfectly fine.

I don't plan to do SLI, if I need to upgrade, I'll just get a new GPU, most likely AMD if the prices are lower, I got the 770 because of the bitcoin crisis at the time.

Yeah, that 770 is fine for now, though. The 9370 could go to 5 GHz with that PSU and cooler.

I would return the 9370.
It is essentially a FX-8350 that has already been factory overclocked.
You may not have much added headroom.
It is not a good buy.
