Can the Dell - 20 Widescreen Flat-Panel LCD HD Monitor be used to watch televis

I have Direct TV and want to know if I can hook that satellite box up to a Dell 20 inch monitor for TV viewing?

It'll need to have an HD(MI) input socket or SCART or the phono sockets sometimes found under the flap on the front of older TVs.

Mostly computer monitors just come with VGA and digital inputs to match those on computer graphics cards.
