Can the evga 600b psu power up two gtx 970 in sli with no problems?

thats my build, im getting a real good deal on a second gtx 970 to run in sli but i was wondering if i was gonna have trouble with that psu, What do you guys think.

No. The EVGA 600b is mediocre and it's not advised to stress it so much. 600w is a little too low anyway.

In theory you have enough power available but it seems your PSU only has two PCIe connectors, you'd need four to power the two GTX 970's. While converter cables can be used, it's not an ideal situation - I think I'd look to upgrade the PSU for SLI operation

A *quality* 600W PSU (like Seasonic, XFX, Antec HCG) could do it, but even on such a PSU it is not recommended to run 970 SLI due to quite high load and increased temperatures / decreased lifespan. Let alone on this PSU which is average at best in terms of quality.

General concensus among the experts on this forum is that a 750W PSU is the best recommendation for 970SLI due to more headroom. This PSU fits the bill, great quality made by SuperFlower, and has a 10 year warranty:
