Can The Eye See The Difference Between A 2ms and 5ms?

And It Might Be A 2ms Or A 5ms, Most Sites Say 2 But LGE Canada Says 5ms...

Anyway I'm Wondering If You Can See The Difference Between 2 & 5ms Monitors Anyway???

Nope, not unless they're rated incorrectly.

There is definitely a difference between under 1ms and 5ms, but once some blur kicks in, it may not be as noticeable.
