Can the GA-Z77-HD3 motherboard run with a GTX 960 EVGA?

I very badly need to know if the GA-Z77-HD3 can run with a GTX 960. Please if anyone can tell me.

I have a 750w psu bronse 80 plus, according to Nvidia this should be enough, right? Also thank you for responding.

I've read that the bios could screw with your new graphics card... Is this true?

If you don't do it ( I mean up date the BIOS) right, yes it will kill the MB/GPU, recommend you update the BIOS when you have problem only, otherwise you don't need update it.

yes it can be .. but that's something you find out about after the fact in most cases .. just be sure you got the latest - google around yiour board and card your getting [like evga or msi and all ]

thing was when the ''970'' came out there were some issues with older chipset boards but I would think by now that the cards bios's have been revised to be better compatible

you don't see guys crying about it now as you did months ago when the 900 cards first came out ? [you can see the date on the link I gave above a year old ]

I just would think all that is resolved and you should be good with the latest bios on your board [ I would try the card first before I flashed ]

its down to you buy you try and hope it don't make you cry - use to buy stuff that supported what you do now it like you buy to support them

out side of a lemon card I'd think you would be safe with it by now
