I found a PC that the seller says plays all games maxed, but I wanted to check on here before playtesting it. Can it hold up 45-55 FPS in BF3/4 maxed, or even at medium settings, Could it hold at Planetside 2 also? I stream and do youtube so I need a powerful GPU. I would use shadowplay so the FPS drop would not be too bad.

I'd say you would definitely be playable on medium, maybe having to tweak some AA settings. 30-40 is my best ballpark! I run a GT 640 right now, with about 100 more CUDA cores than the 280. My medium settings (with tweaking of AA and FXAA) is about 40-70!

The GPU isn't terrible, but you're generations behind if you buy that PC. I wouldn't recommend it, especially for streaming/youtube recording.

Are you willing to build your own? If so what is your budget?

I found this PC on craigslist for $400 and it comes with a 27" 1080p screen, and that is about my budget. I would upgrade the GPU at a later date of course,(Probably ask for money for one for my birthday or something) but for right now, what could I expect the output to be. Could you give me a estimated FPS for BF4 on medium?
