Can the Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 be a bottleneck?

I have a friend whose willing to trade me his Intel 2 Quad Q9550 to my A4-6300... Will it be a more bottleneck than the A4-6300?

depends on what GPU you are using, do you even have a mobo for the Q9550.

long story short answer... yes get the Q9550, but more to the point how much RAM does he have on it ?

Thats what I don't know :3 I wont be using its built-in intel graphics anyway I am more concerned on its performance with the GTX 750TI StormX OC

I think it would be more practical than using the AMD A4 which is an extreme bottleneck
Playing Fallout 4 pushed the CPU to 100% and the GPU is just chilling at 14%

i just upgraded a computer with intel core quad q6600 and geforce gtx 750 ti , i tried it with battlefield 1 and it runs smooth on 1360x768
40 fps . it probably cant hander higher resolution though. setting the power performance to high made a huge difference for this setup
