You will get nothing but an extra level of complexity. The 2TB SATA will have 90% of the performance improvement that a RAID0 NVMe will have .

From that M.2 slot 1 runs off the processor and slot 2 from the chipset so both should run at the right speed.
Don't try to run them in raid o.

90% of the benefit comes from moving from spinning disk to SSD. Will your benchmarks be higher? Yes. Will you really notice any difference? Probably not.
