You will get nothing but an extra level of complexity. The 2TB SATA will have 90% of the performance improvement that a RAID0 NVMe will have ....without speed penalty? They're Crucial P5s 1TB. I can get them for the same price as a Crucial MX500 2TB SATA SSD.
