Can the MSI Z170A Titanium motherboard support LGA 1150 CPU sockets such as the i7-4700MQ instead of LGA 1151 socket CPUs?

Can the MSI Z170A Titanium motherboard support LGA 1150 CPU sockets such as the i7-4700MQ? I'm attempting to make a computer that can run the Dolphin emulator, running games perfectly without any lag, slowdowns or any problems. CPUs like the 4700MQ is what the Dolphin Team recommends because those CPUs have intel® HD Graphics 4600, while my chosen CPU for my motherboard is a I7-6700K that has Intel® HD Graphics 530, and is a 1151 socket the motherboard supports. The other CPU is a 1150 socket CPU. Can I put CPUs like the 4700MQ into my LGA 1151 motherboard? It only supports LGA 1151, and I don't know if the motherboard can go with the 4700MQ CPU due to the Intel HD Graphics 4600 thing.

Can anyone give me a solution to this? If not, will the Dolphin emulator running games like Super Mario Sunshine or Super Mario Galaxy games run perfect with the i7-6700K CPU without any lag or anything like that?

If you want an i7 with strong integrated graphics, you might be more interested in an i7 with Iris Pro graphics. That's much more powerful than HD 4600.

EDIT: Also, HD 530 should still be a little stronger than HD 4600 anyway, so if HD 4600 is good enough, then HD 530 should be good enough too.

In my opinion, never, EVER use intel integrated graphics. I have had a very bad experience with them, and cannot stand the poor video quality.
