Can the partition disk be converted to single disk

My system got 4 partition and the C drive is 14 GB and is running out of space, I have deleted all the unnecessay files yet the result is same. please adivse. Is it possible that this 4 partition be converted into 1 hard disk (the total capacity of the system hard disk is 80 GB)
