Can the power supply Power My build? and a future 970 Upgrade?

Hi, I'm about to order the following parts for my 1st PC build. Its not a bad thing to ask a few experts whether my build will be good or there should be somethings to consider etc. I dont have a plan to overclock my CPU and go for an SLI config (maybe in the far future) and as of now, these are the components good for the budget (GPU to follow). So am I good to go or should I change something?

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460
MoBo : Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H micro-ATX Motherboard
Case : NZXT Source 210 Mid Tower Case [Window][Black Blue]
Memory : G.SKILL RipjawsX DDR3 1600MHz 8GB (1x8GB) CL9 1.5V DIMM
HDD : Western Digital WD Blue 1TB 7200 RPM

the PSU I selected is the Corsair VS Series VS650 85%. I have concerns since i recently read about the tiers of the current available PSU. Will i have trouble with the PSU and my build? also, can i power up the GTX 970 im planning to buy in the near future? Thanks in advance!!! Cheers!

650W is more than enough Maybe not for 2 970 in SLI..

i see! thanks and is the corsair PSU a good one? i read its just a tier 3 power supply. would you recommend other PSU near the same price range?

The Corsair RM-series should be really good.. I myself use a Corsair AX860 and it is VERY VERY good! And i don't think that the RM series fall far behind If you've got the money, you could go up to an AX860 like mine. For your rig, it will be 100% fanless = SILENT and no dust in the bottom of the PC. It is also very nice build quality, fully modular for good cable management AND it should handle 2x 970 for a future upgrade

The Corsair RM-series should be really good.. I myself use a Corsair AX860 and it is VERY VERY good! And i don't think that the RM series fall far behind If you've got the money, you could go up to an AX860 like mine. For your rig, it will be 100% fanless = SILENT and no dust in the bottom of the PC. It is also very nice build quality, fully modular for good cable management AND it should handle 2x 970 for a future upgrade

Is it ok? or should i wait for the gigabyte? also, the PSU is out of stock and they are suggesting the Cougar 600W i think CL series PSU, is it ok or should i just wait for restock?

The MSi motherboard looks fine. I don't know the Cougar PSU, sorry. If you can't wait, then you can try it.. But i would wait for the corsair.

This could be a very good psu. It will let you have some headroom for overclocking and non-reference cards! It will also be modular which means cable glory!
