My system is in my Sig
I was thinking how can i run 2 2070 supers if i only have one 4 pin left. THe maximus takes 2 four pins. the 2070 strix takes 2 four pins. Would i be able to convert a 6 pin from the molex or something ? I wasnt planing on doing sli but was just thinkin

Solution
SO those 6 pins used for ssd/hdd wont have the power to power a 2070 super ?
The cables are keyed differently for SATA and PCIE, so no.

Do you think i should wait for 3000 series cards or bring the 2070 super back get 2080ti ?
It's up to you, but I wouldn't.

The 2080Ti, for all it's mighty power, offers too little for what it costs - and before you give it the excuse of it being the flagship -
Yeah, well, last gen's flagship was 700USD, and 30-35% faster on average than the GTX 1080. At the 1080Ti's launch, Nvidia dropped the MSRP of the 1080 from 600 to 500USD.
So, you got the top card for 40% more than the runner up at the time.

Now, between a 2080Ti and a 2080 Super: 71% more gets you a 6-11% bump on average...
No.
That unit has 5, 8 pin EPS/PCIE ports.
-1x 8 pin and a 4 pin for the motherboard
-2x 8 pin for your 2070 Strix
That just leaves a single 8-pin for another 2070 Super.

Molex is a bad idea.

Between a 2080Ti and a 2070 Super instead: 140% more gets you a 14-29% bump at 1440p, 14-25% at 1080p.
Pretty darn terrible, IMO, but it's your call.
