Can the Thermaltake Smart SE 630W. run R9 290X and the upcoming R9 380X?

Hi, I am either going to buy the R9 290X or the r9 380x after it's release. But I am concerned whether my PSU will be able to power the R9 290X. The PSU that I am looking forward to buy is the Thermaltake Smart SE 630W. For more details: http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001965 ..... So will this be enough to power the R9 290x or should I wait for the R9 380X?

Thermaltake Smart series PSU's are Tier 4 which is low quality 🙁. For a power hungry beast like the 290X you really need something better.

The PSU quality is low, and your system may be at risk, but you must decide.

then can you please suggest a good PSU please. and don't suggest EVGA and XFX products. These two vendors' products are hard to find in our country. any other company like corsair, thermaltake, Cooler master,Antec etc is ok!
