Not sure what your budget is but something like this would be better. Also use PCPartpicker as it will suggest the lowest price from good retailers and checks compatibility.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1400 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($146.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock - Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming K4 ATX AM4 Motherboard ($53.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 3GB SC GAMING Video Card ($189.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair - CX (2017) 450W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($23.98 @ Newegg)

If you can fit it into the budget I would suggest the R5 1600 (CPU).

Graphics card is a bit too expensive in my country atm but if i dont have to change my motherboard would ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 3GB Dual OC,
Intel Kaby Lake i5-7500 LGA1151 3.4GHz 6MB Boxed and CORSAIR PSU VS Series 450W
Be good idea ?
Btw i'm sorry for my bad english and that i'm dumb with computer components xD.

The 7500 and 1060 3gb would work fine together but you would want to pair it with a B250 motherboard and make sure the memory is DDR4. Also if possible get a better PSU, the Corsair VS series are poor quality.
